define your stratification

Define Your Stratification
Stratification is a system that society ranks its members by a body of clergy organized each subordinate to the one above it. Each one of these systems has an idea that everyone should have an equal starting view. Some of the ranks include Upper class, new, middle class, lower class, working and poverty level. For people that work for to check or that does not meet the income stratification that would be labeled as lower, working, and poverty would disagree that there is no equal start.
The upper class has the most advantages then other classes because they are the ones who make up the worlds one third of the wealth percentage. They help people big companies build ,or help run for election wither it’s a govern, the president ,or company tiring to launch a new airline, so just at the end they can have a scratch my back end I will scratch yours. They also have good tax breaks which only make the rich richer and the poor stay poor. Which in the video below it's breaks down the concept of highs and lows in stratification of the rich and poor, and how it takes it's effects on the global economy.
As for the lower, and working class they work hard for their check that they to work for. It’s modern slavery. The jobs that are hiring them make them work very hard for their check. Most of the time they got to work through lunch breaks. If you’re a good employee they will make them do most without a raise and no promotion. You can’t take a five minute break because they will get fired. Even though stratification plays a big role in our society we it is our job to find the loop hole to get us the good jobs, positions, career, and education.
